Shipping Policy

Order Processing: We aim to process all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving payment. Orders require 3-5 business days for delivery after it ships depending on it’s destination. We offer standard shipping within (Country/Region) via reputable carriers. Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order. You can view the shipping cost during the checkout process before finalizing your purchase.

Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor the process of your delivery.

Return Policy:

We accept returned and exchanged items within 7 days of the original purchase date, provided the product is unused, unaltered, undamaged and all tags and packaging must be included. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details and the reason for return. Once verified, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item. The shipping cost for returning the item will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to incorrect product shipped. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will initiate the refund process.

Note: For Hygiene and health reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened hair accessories, brushes, combs, or hair tools unless they are defective. Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason!!!
